» All Cancellation requests need to be sent in written on email from the same email id which was used to make booking and have to be reconfirmed by replying our cancellation confirmation email. Refund for cancellation may vary for the various services booked and as per our policy below:

Refund Policy

» IBCD offers convenient India tour packages for the quality experience of holidays. However, if under any unforeseen condition you need to cancel or postpone the tour, our customer-friendly, easy to understand Cancellation & Refund Policy described under saves hassle.

All cancellation requests must be mailed to us from the same email id used to make a booking. The cancellation confirmation mail needs to ve verified by replying it. This is a mandatory step to claim the refund.

The refund for cancellation may take different time depending on the various services booked and according to our refund policy pointers as discussed below:

Refund will be made through NEFT within 45-60 working days. (A minimum of 10% service charge would be applicable on the total cost of the tour package & Any transaction charges by bank for settlement will be borne by the customer.)

• Cancellation more than 30 days prior to start date of tour: 20-30% of total tour cost OR USD 100 per person whichever is greater
• Cancellation less than 30 days but more than 15 days prior to start date of tour: 40-50% of tour cost OR USD 250 per person whichever is greater
• Cancellation less than 14 days but more than 8 days prior to start date of tour: 70-80% of tour cost OR USD 500 per person whichever is greater
• Cancellation less than 7 days prior to start date of tour – 100% of tour cost

.Important Note –

– Check In & Check Out as per Hotel Policies.

– Child above 6 years will be considered as a adult.

– A valid photo id proof for all guests staying at the hotel is mandatory.

– 12% GST applicable on Total Package Cost.

– For Flight/ Trains/ Safari Booking Full payment need in advance and Non-Refundable.

– Due to fuel/toll/state taxes hike transportation charges may be revised.

– For A Tour Package with 4-5 Star hotels bookings Full payment need in advance Because all luxury hotels confirm any booking on a definite basis after a deposit of full payment.

– Full payment is required on confirmation of all services.

– Online Payment Attract a bank transaction charge of 3-4% of total invoice value. All bank charges need to paid by customer.

Jurisdiction
All disputes pertaining to the tour and travel, travel-related services, adventure activities conducted by the Company, and any claim arising there-under shall be subjected to Mahendergarh/Narnaul, Haryana (India) jurisdiction only.
