» Maruti Suzuki India Limited is an automobile manufacturing company that is also known as Maruti Udyog Limited is founded in February 1981 in India. It is a subsidiary of Japanese automobile and motorcycle manufacturer Suzuki. Its initial release was the Maruti 800, which is the only modern car manufactured at that period of time. The Maruti Suzuki has the slogans “Count on us”, “Way of life” and for Swift, “You are the fuel”.
Maruti Suzuki Swift Dzire is one of the India’s largest selling sedans and its sold well over 1 million units ever since it launched way back in 26 March 2008. It has taken place of the previous model Maruti Esteem and shared its engines with the hatchback. The Swift have kick-started the premium hatchback segment in India.Great resale value is offered by the Maruti Suzuki compared to the other cars and is very much reliable. The Swift Dzire is currently available in 8 variants: Swift Dzire LXI, Swift Dzire LXI (O), Swift Dzire VXI, Swift Dzire VXI AT, Swift Dzire ZXI, Swift Dzire LDI, Swift Dzire VDI and Swift Dzire ZDI.

Look & Feel
» The all new platform of the Suzuki Dzire has given it more width, more height and a longer wheelbase. It is under the 4 meter mark to avail the cost benefits. Instead of a full size boot, it is now a notchback and as a result it is better balanced. It is lighter than the earlier models. For a sporty touch the boot lid gets a light integrated spoiler and the new tail lamps are smart looking as well. The rear doors have made a litter bigger than previous versions. It has been given new alloy wheels to boost it up. For the sense of luxury the Dzire now gets dual tone interiors and the seats have given a new look, which are firm and gives a better support. It feels very responsive to drive and the suspension offered new isolation. It is more withhold to the potholes and the bumps. It has a new slatted grill and a reworked front bumper with a wider and more angular air dam. The brakes are good and responsive. To improve the ride quality of the rear passengers there has been made a few changes in the rear suspension.
Engine
» The sedan is available in both petrol and diesel engine options. The Dzire is powered by a 1.2 liter VVT petrol engine and 1.3 CRDI Diesel engine that produces about 75 bhp at 4000 rpm and a torque of 190 nm at 2000 rpm. It gives a mileage of about 23.4 kilometers per liter. The engine is more refined and is more fuel efficient. Only the VXi is provided with a four-speed automatic transmission, while the other once comes with a five-speed manual transmission.
Space
» It has a boot space of 315 liters, which is ideal for carrying heavy luggage including suitcases and bags. Enough space is provided for the leg and head room. For the travelling it offers a decent amount of space that is enough to get the luggage carried. It is spacious in the interior that the passengers can comfortably get in and enjoy the raid.
Safety
» It comes with front disc brakes, rear drum brakes, immobilizer and door ajar warning. Dzire is provided with the anti-lock breaking system (ABS), which looks after the safety of the passengers. Any car damages or part replacement can be done easily as they are readily available automotive shops and are available at a much reasonable price. The front suspension is usually the MacPherson Strut and the rear suspension is Torsion Beam.

» It comes with mp3 player with excellent stereo system with automatic sound leveling that offers aux input and USB connectivity. It provides the cup holders and storage spaces, air conditioning, power adjustable outside rear view mirror (ORVM) etc.It has integrated Bluetooth hands-free phone system, which is easier to use. The automatic climate control adjusts the cooling in the cabin based on the passenger’s interest. It has the push button startup, which eliminates the use of inserting the key in the keyhole. We can just get into the car push the button and can move on.
